Shipping Within Canada
We offer shipping across Canada. Shipping rates and available delivery options are displayed at checkout.
In-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Standard delivery typically takes 2–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination or carrier delays.
Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
Edmonton Local Delivery & Pickup
Free local delivery is available on orders over $150 within our Edmonton delivery area.
Edmonton pickup is available by appointment only. We will provide pickup instructions once your order is ready. Please wait for confirmation before collecting your order.
Shipping to the United States
We ship to eligible addresses in the United States. Available shipping services and rates are displayed at checkout.
In-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery estimates depend on the destination and selected shipping service. Customs processing may cause additional delays.
Any applicable import duties, tariffs, taxes, or carrier clearance fees are separate from shipping charges unless expressly included at checkout. Customers are responsible for charges not collected at checkout.

Our Jamaica preorder collection is offered for a scheduled trip to Jamaica. These orders will be personally transported to Jamaica by LeisureVybz and arranged for local collection or handover.
These orders are not shipped individually from Canada by courier. Canadian processing and shipping timelines do not apply.
The expected handover window and available collection arrangements will be stated on the preorder listing. Specific handover details will be confirmed directly with each customer. If arrangements change, we will contact affected customers.
